Renting equipment
What is the minimum rental period?
Forklifts and reach trucks can be rented for as little as one day. Hand pallet trucks have a one-week minimum. Weekly and monthly plans are significantly cheaper per day.
What documents do I need?
A company GST certificate or ID proof of the authorised person, site address and a signed rental agreement. We'll guide you through it — it takes minutes.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit (usually one month's rent for long-term hires, or a smaller amount for short hires) is collected and returned when the machine comes back in good condition.
Do you provide an operator?
Yes. Trained, experienced operators are available on daily or monthly basis. Just tick “I need an operator” in the quote form.
Who pays for fuel and maintenance?
Diesel/LPG is arranged by the customer. Routine maintenance and wear-and-tear repairs are on us. Damage caused by misuse or accidents is charged.
What if the machine breaks down?
Call our breakdown line. We'll send a technician — usually the same day — and if the repair will take long, we'll swap in a replacement machine.
How is transport charged?
We deliver anywhere in India. Delivery and pickup within Jaipur city limits is included for monthly rentals. For short rentals and outstation sites, transport is charged at actuals and shown clearly in the quote.

Are your parts genuine?
We stock genuine OEM parts, high-quality OEM-equivalent parts and professionally refurbished parts. The condition is always clearly marked on every product page.
How do I know a part fits my machine?
Check the “Compatible with” section, or put your machine's model and serial number in the order notes. We verify fitment before dispatch and call you if anything looks off.
Do prices include GST?
Listed prices exclude GST. 18% GST is added at checkout and you receive a proper GST invoice — add your GSTIN to claim input credit.
How fast is shipping?
In-stock parts are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery typically takes 2–6 days depending on location. Shipping is free above ₹5,000.
What is your return policy?
Unused parts in original condition can be returned within 7 days if they don't fit. Electrical parts, batteries and custom-made items are not returnable once installed.
Can I get dealer/bulk pricing?
Yes. Service engineers, dealers and fleet owners get special pricing on bulk orders — message us on WhatsApp with your list.
Payments & orders
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery (up to ₹50,000), bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) and UPI. Rentals are billed monthly in advance.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and mobile number. We also send updates by phone/WhatsApp.
