Terms & Conditions
Equipment rental
- Rentals are governed by a separate signed rental agreement, which prevails over these terms.
- Rent is payable in advance (monthly plans) or before dispatch (short-term hires). A refundable security deposit may apply.
- The customer is responsible for safe use by trained operators, fuel, and any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- Machines must not be moved from the declared site or sub-let without our written consent.
Spare parts orders
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST, which is charged at the applicable rate on the invoice.
- Shipping is free for orders above ₹5,000; otherwise a flat ₹250 is charged.
- Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹50,000.
- Orders are confirmed only after stock and fitment verification. We may cancel and fully refund any order we cannot fulfil.
- Unused parts in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Electrical parts, batteries and special-order items are non-returnable once installed.
- Warranty on refurbished parts is as stated at the time of sale. Used parts are sold as tested.
Liability
- Gourav Lifters is not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of production. Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods or rent paid.
- Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at our registered office location.
